PBA FLS Council

Doylestown, PA – Attorney Maris J. Weiner of Williams Family Law, P.C. has been elected to the Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section for a term running through 2024.

The PBA Family Law Section focuses on the creation and application of laws regarding marriage, divorce, support, child custody, property and financial issues, and family relationships. It also covers laws related to adoption and juvenile dependency. The council serves as the operational branch of the section, responsible for supervising and administering various programs, events, and projects.

Weiner is a licensed Family Law attorney with over 25 years of experience. A strong litigator and comprehensive attorney, she often handles divorces involving complex issues and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice covers a wide range of domestic relations matters including divorce, support, custody, equitable distribution, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, representing parties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Weiner has been named to both the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Rising Star lists. She has participated as a lecturer for numerous continuing legal education courses and has sat on several Family Law panels.
