Doylestown, PA – Williams Family Law again supported the annual "9/11 Heroes Run" on Sunday, September 29th. The event is hosted by the Travis Manion Foundation, an organization committed to the support of veterans, survivors and first responders.

The foundation was started by the family of Travis Manion, a native of Doylestown and member of the United States Marine Corps who died in action in Iraq on April 29, 2007 as a result of an ambush. His actions during the ambush allowed every member of his patrol to survive while he was killed by a sniper. For that, he was awarded the Silver Star and Bronze Star with Valor.

The foundation supports veterans, first responders, and families of fallen heroes, as well as character-building school and community programs, through fundraising efforts such as the 9/11 Heroes Run, which now takes place in 70 locations around the world.
